2. Prices on the Website:
GST is included in the service, cancellation, and rescheduling fees. Unless otherwise noted, the price that we give on Travwing Travels.in usually includes taxes, lodging fees, and, in certain circumstances, certain meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). It never includes personal expenses or other costs such as phone calls, personal assistant services, monument admission fees, bar fees, etc.

6. Booking Policy
All relevant government taxes are included in the total price that is shown on the website.
Travwing Travels retains the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the money paid as cancellation charges in the event that the fare increases at the time of ticket issuance owing to airline changes, inaccurate amount calculations caused by server errors, or problems with the banks' payment gateway. To prevent any inconvenience, the remaining sum shall be paid to Travwing Pvt Ltd. upon notification from Travwing Travels.
Prior to your booking being confirmed, the whole cost must be paid.
In order for an infant to receive a ticket, they must be younger than two years old, present proper identification at the time of check-in, and be accompanied by an adult who is at least eighteen years old. One baby per adult booking is permitted. The infant must be younger than 24 months old for the duration of the itinerary you are booking in order to qualify for infant prices. If the baby is 24 months of age or older, you must make a separate reservation for them as a child.
When a child is checked in, they must have proper proof of age documentation and be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old in order for a child ticket to be granted. The child must be between the ages of 2 and 12 years old.
In addition, all of the customer's tickets and reservations will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by the individual airline or supplier.
Any flight cancellation or delay on the part of the airline is not the company's fault.
For the refund to be completed, the consumer must notify Travwing Travels.in if the ticket is canceled directly from the airline's website, office, or phone center. Kindly be advised that Travwing Travels.in does not receive any alerts directly from airlines.
7. Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy
The airline may impose cancellation fees, which can differ according on the flight and booking class, for each reservation booked on Travwing Travels.
For domestic flights, Travwing Travels.in charges a nominal cancellation service fee of 300 rupees per passenger/per sector, and for international flights, a fee of 500 rupees per passenger/per sector.
There is no return for the EMTC insurance charge.
Zero Cancellation: Product premiums paid in advance are not refundable.
In every situation, convenience fees are not refundable.
Certain reservations could not be refundable based on the airline's individual policies.
Certain reservations are non-refundable in part due to the airline's policies.
You can cancel online or offline by emailing Travwing Travels or through the My Booking section.
We help you with different booking modifications. Rarely is it necessary to speak with the airline directly.
The airline's policy regarding amendment fees on Travwing Travels.in is subject to vary based on flight schedules and ticket class.
Travwing Travels advises customers to contact the airline directly to cancel their tickets within 24 hours of departure, and then submit a cancellation request on our website to receive a refund.
Customers must request any legitimate refunds, in accordance with the established procedures, for any no-show or unused reservations within ninety days of the trip date (for air, rail, taxi, and bus tickets) or the date of check-in (for hotel reservations). Requests made beyond the previously indicated 90-day period of the trip date or check-in will not be eligible for a refund, and any monies left over from such no-show or unused reservations will be considered forfeited.
Refund requests will be handled as soon as they are received, subject to certain conditions. Refunds for direct cancellations made with airlines will be handled after deducting our service charge and the airline's fees. All refunds will be handled pending their processing by the relevant airline or service provider.
The convenience fee that was paid at the time of booking is not refundable, please note.
8. Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the tour cost, if paid in full, will be assessed for cancellations made sixty days or more in advance of the departure date.
Fifty percent of the tour cost will be deducted as cancellation fees for cancellations made less than thirty days prior to departure.
Refunds for cancellations made up to 15 days prior to departure will be assessed at 100% of the tour cost.
9. Refund Policy
Only after receiving a cancellation request or claim via email or the my booking area from the client, travel agency, or corporate business will Travwing Travels begin processing the reimbursement.
After the airline receives the return amount, the customer's original payment method will be instantly credited with the refund for the cancelled flight tickets.
Refunds will only be processed by Travwing Travels after 72 hours of receiving them from the relevant airline, hotel, Transportation Company, or other suppliers.
Refunds on credit cards may take up to 72 hours due to banking procedures, while refunds on net banking transactions may take up to 7 days.
The amount in your wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account once it has been used for a transaction. Can be applied to future reservations made with us, though.
10. Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt
In the event that the airline or hotel ends operations or files for bankruptcy, Travwing Travels will not be responsible for any returns.
Customers, clients, or agents will not be held accountable by Travelwing Travels for failing to provide the reimbursements promised at the time of ticket purchase if the airline or hotel files for bankruptcy or ceases operations.
Travwing Travels may occasionally return money to customers based on the ridiculousness of the information provided by airlines, hotels, or suppliers; however, Travwing Travels retains the right to recoup the money if the airlines or hotels close, become non-operational, or go bankrupt.
11. Copyright & Trademark

Travwing Travels is not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising out of such visa requirements and is also not liable to refund any amount to the User for being unable to utilize the booking due to absence or denial of visa. Refund, if any, will be as per the applicable terms of booking and cancellation policy.
14. Transmitted Material
It is impossible for internet conversations to be totally safe or private. You acknowledge that, absent a special warning (such as encrypted payment card information), any communication or information you send to this site could be intercepted by third parties. Travwing Travels does not assume any additional liability for messages sent to it.
